Organisation Staff List

Subscriber organisations add and administrate their own user accounts. There is no limit to the number of user accounts each client can add.

With each user account can be stored telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. These can be maintained by the individual staff to whom the accounts apply, as well as by designated staff on the organisation.

User accounts can be 'live' (where the user can log in to HOPS themselves) or 'offline' (where the record of the person exists in the system but they don't log in).

VIEW Organisation User ListAllows the user to view the staff list of their organisation. Contact details are only shown where the subject user has permitted unless the reader has the ADMIN permission (91 or 153).
ADD/ARCHIVE User AccountsAllows the user to ADD NEW staff in the organisation's staff list.
VIEW Other Users' PhotosThe ability to view users' photo in the organisation staff list AND all department lists.
VIEW Other Users' Contact DetailsThe ability to view users' contact details regardless of their privacy settings in the organisation staff list AND all department staff lists.
VIEW Other Users' TelephoneThe ability to view users' telephone details regardless of their privacy settings in the organisation staff list AND all department staff lists.
EDIT Other Users' DetailsAllows the user to EDIT details of all users at the organisation.
EDIT Other Users' Details Privacy SettingsAllows the user to EDIT the PRIVACY details of all users at the organisation (ie, High, medium, low) of their address, telephone number, and other details.
VIEW User Custom Fields ReportUser can view a report of the custom fields from user profiles.
VIEW Other Users' FilesUser can view files saved to users' profiles.
ADD/REMOVE Other Users' FilesUser can upload files saved to users' profiles.
ADD/EDIT Own PhotoUse can upload and remove their own photo.
ADD/EDIT Others Users' PhotosAllows the users to add and remove photos from other users in the organisation.
VIEW User Skills List OptionsAllows the user to view the skills and background list for the organisation (note users can view the equivalent information in the user details viewing pages without this permission. This permission applies just to the combined lists.
EDIT User Skills List OptionsAllows the user to edit the list of key skills for the organisation.
UNarchive other usersUser can view the list of archived users and reinstate them.
Add / Edit CasesUser can add/edit cases for other users.
Delete CasesUser can DELETE cases
VIEW Archived Users' Contact DetailsThe ability to view ARCHIVED users' contact details regardless of their privacy settings.
