Traffic and Operating Notices Overview

There are four document repository areas in HOPS. 1. Operations Documents. For safety and operating documentation. 2. General Documents. For non-operational documentation, such as railway policies, commercial, etc. 3. Department Documents. A documents area specific to each department for downloads relevant only to those staff, such as reference and training documentation, signal box instructions, locomotive information, etc. 4. Calendar Documents. For information relevant to a particular day, such as special traffic notices, etc.

HOPS is continually being developed and updated. Sometimes the screen shots in these help files might lag behind the most up-to-date views of the screens. Generally, however, the functionality of the page will be the same, albeit with a slightly different format or layout.
