| Update 981 4 April 2023 | It is time to review your 'Frequently Asked Questions' and confirm the answers are still accurate: https://www.hops.org.uk/railway_raildays.php?t=5&r=6 These questions appear publicly on your railway's page in the Raildays app and also internally in HOPS for telephone-answerers. There are quite a few out of date answers on a number of railways, eg Covid arrangements still showing, and also things like "we will re-open in February 2023". We recommend answering the questions in such a way that they don't go stale, eg "We generally run from February to October", rather than "We will re-open in February 2023". You can find your railway's FAQs in the 'Booking Office' menu under Group Bookings, or in the Raildays menu, FAQs tab. Permission 443 (view), 444 (edit). |
