| Update 758 4 May 2021 | The first stage of a Near Miss / Hazard reporting system now in HOPS - new permission 436 and 437 apply. A new menu option will appear in the 'Logs' menu (for now). At present, users with 436 can report near misses and view their own. Users with 437 can view the inbox and receive an email when a new report is received. Incoming Near Miss / Hazard reports can be attributed to an NMI, defect or function log. |
