MFA and Updates Work MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION The time has come.... MFA will become mandatory for users with permission 015 (administer permissions) or 080 (admin login) from this week. This is designed to cover HOPS Admins, who are generally the users with these permissions, as they are the most potentially-damaging permissions. (This was previously advertised at the start of the year.) Set up via the My HOPS Account link in the avatar in the top right hand corner of HOPS. More information: https://www.hops.org.uk/help/mfa --- FORMAT UPDATES Updates are taking place to the format of various tables and forms around HOPS. There should be no functional changes. If you find anywhere where the formatting has gone wrong, eg table borders or spacing between page items, please let us know via the Helpdesk. Thank you. --- ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPDATE WORK The Asset Management System pages are undergoing overhaul. There should be no negative changes (but there will be some additional functionality).
