Updates to Rosters and new Continuous Improvement items

ROSTERS

A new option has been added to Department Roster Settings to show users outside the department in the 'Additional' turns drop-down. This has been an option for the main turn for a long time, but this new option enables additional turns to be allocated to users outside the department.

---

The default setting for making a turn 'Offered' is now an option in Roster Settings.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

https://www.hops.org.uk/continuous_improvement.php

Two new Continuous Improvement items have been added:

* Checking FAQs for accuracy

Answers to Commercial FAQs, which are presented in POS and publicly in the Raildays app and website, now record the date they were last updated. A check is due 12 months later.

The date on the page goes red if the due date passes. Random dates due in 2026 have been assigned to all existing FAQs to space them out. If you prefer to check them all in one go that is fine, and they will all then be due on the same date next year.

A red/green status is shown, which is green if there are no overdue checks.

* Addresses for locations

Improvement in Raildays App - Display of Post Codes & Driving Directions - Each location at the railway can have an address. This is used in a few places in HOPS and, importantly, is now used in Raildays for showing users post codes and giving users driving directions to the site. Please could addresses, including post codes, be added to railway locations in order to provide maximum benefit to railways in the Raildays app? P442 required.

A red/green status is shown, which is green if all public locations have addresses.
