Permissions for Administering Discounts P490 (administer discounts) has been split into: P490 (view discounts) P562 (edit discounts) P563 (edit discount codes) This is intended to help in situations where clerical staff are allowed to issued codes but not edit the conditions of the discount or create new ones. All users and groups with 490 have been given 562 and 563, so take no actions = no change.
