Shop Stock Cost Price

A facility has been added for editing the Average Stock Unit Cost of a shop stock item.

The cost price of stock items is normally carefully managed automatically as new items come into stock at various prices via the method described in

https://www.hops.org.uk/help/inventory-stock-value-calculation

Adjusting the Average Unit Cost will affect the value of the current stock owned, and the profit-calculation on future orders of this item.

For items that are purchased from suppliers, such as toys, souvenirs, models, etc, it is not generally necessary to manually edit this Average Unit Cost value, as it is maintained and adjusted as new stock is received from suppliers.

It may be appropriate to edit this value for items that are made on-site, such as in-house made food and drink, where there isn't an appropriate cost value based on purchased cost.

Please only edit this value if you are certain you understand the stock value management process linked above, and are certain you wish to override it.
