Retail Email Rejections

A new tab has been added to Retail Audit for Email Rejections.

This monitors the sending of retail emails and lists where an email has not been delivered. This is never an exact science but it is the best information we can obtain.

Comprehensive email logs are kept for one month. Further back than that the information becomes less comprehensive. Rejection logs are kept for a year, which hopefully covers the longest likely timespan between a customer ordering and visiting.

For those who like to pro-actively manage retail email rejections, there is also now a link to the Order Remarks page on the Email Rejections page.

On the Remarks page, an option is pre-ticked to show this remark on the Email Rejections page.

An option is also provided to return to the Email Rejections list after saving.
