Update 1399 6 February 2026	Address Lookup Unavailable The company that HOPS uses to provide the address/postcode lookup services (getaddress.io) has ceased trading, and therefore the facility has stopped working. We have removed the form fields so that we don't present a broken tool to user/customers. More information will be published about a way forward when we have looked in to alternative providers.
