Update 1015 31 October 2023	We have done some fiddling so that Outlook better recognises HOPS styles. (Outlook is generally not very good at respecting styles properly.) We haven't been able to get it to constrain the width like it should, but it's better than it was, particularly paragraphs now space themselves nicely.
