Function Logs

These logging functions create a central, and remotely-accessible, location for event logging, such as 'Control Logging' by the duty-manager on a real-time basis for future reference by managers and/or investigation/monitoring.

Function Logs ADMIN			User is allowed to create new Function Logs.
View Function Logs			Allows the user to VIEW function logs.
Start New Log Item			Allows the user to start new function log items.
Close Log Items			Allows the user to close function log items.
Function Logs - Post Updates			Allows the user to update function log items.
Edit Other User's Log Items			Allows the user to edit function log entries made by other users (users can always edit their own).
Update Existing Function Log Headings			Allows the user to update function log title, cagetory, etc.
Delete Function Log Items			Allows the user to delete whole function log items. (Note. Users can edit log entries and the edit history is saved. This permission should be limited to the HOPS Admin or other senior manager)
Function Log Daily Summary EMAIL			The user will receive an email with the Function Log for the period attached.
Function Log Weekly Summary EMAIL			The user will receive an email with the Function Log for the period attached.
Function Log Monthly Summary EMAIL			The user will receive an email with the Function Log for the period attached.
Wires EMAIL			User will receive an email when a new items is logged in this function log.
