As Station Master (Customer Service Manager), you will be the face of the railway. Answering passenger questions, promoting the services the railway provides and liaising between the different aspects of the railway to ensure the smooth running of the line and that our passengers/customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Dealing with passenger queries, ensuring that the stations and coaches are clean and ready for our passengers, ensuring good communication between the ticket office, control, shops and cafes. Meet and greet groups, help to organise special events, local marketing and customer service training.
Responsibility for volunteers and cleaning staff.
