Conditions of SaleThe price charged for goods will be the catalogue price at the time of payment (which may be different from the price at the time the product was added to the basket).
Card payment may be taken from the customer's card at the time the details are entered into the website, or we may wait until the goods are ready to be despatched.
Orders will not be considered as agreed until payment is exchanged.
Goods will not be despatched until full payment is received.
If an item is out of stock we may choose to send your order in more than one consignment, or if we believe the required products will be in stock soon we may hold your order and despatch all the items together. This will not affect the price you pay.
Payment must be made in Great British Pounds Sterling and may be made by one of the following methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cheque through the post, Online banking transfer or Purchase Order where agreed.
In the case of any fraudulent activity, the proper authorities will be informed and legal action persued.
DeliveryProducts are despatched using postal and courier services.
Heritage Operations Processing cannot accept liability for delays to deliveries caused by the postal or courier services.
If an item is damaged in the post the customer must inform us straight away.
Refund PolicyCustomers have the right to cancel their order within seven days of placing their order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Upon cancelling an order, the customer will have their payment returned when the goods are received back at our office in their original condition and packaging. Postage costs that have been incurred will not be refunded.
Products that are defective or not fit for purpose may be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, including postage, or a replacement.

If you wish to return an item please contact us first to make the arrangements. Please avoid re-ordering a new item and then returning the first where possible.
