An assessor can then review the papers and make a competence decision.

Take Question Papers as a Candidate			Allows the user to view and take question papers as required by their competence elemeents.
Question Papers ADMIN - VIEW			Allows the user to VIEW the question paper admin pages.
Question Papers ADMIN - EDIT			Allows the user to edit question papers (499 also required.)
Question Papers ADMIN - ADD NEW			Allows the user to ADD NEW question papers (499/071 also required).
Question Paper Completion EMAIL			User will receive an email when a question paper applicable to this element is completed.
MARK & REVIEW Question Papers			User can mark and review question papers for elements in the Competence Element Group
